Special Event: Stand for Houston Pastors

The groundswell of support across America rises for the Houston pastors and churches that have had their internal church communications subpoenaed in a blatant act of intimidation by Mayor Annise Parker.  Christians across the nation are showing their solidarity with these churches by planning to be a part of I Stand Sunday – a nationwide simulcast on Sunday, November 2nd at 6:00 p.m. CT/7:00 p.m. ET. Live from Grace Community Church in Houston — one of the affected churches — “I Stand Sunday” will focus on what’s happening there and discuss how Houston is a bellwether for the rest of America. The event’s purpose is to show how Christians nationwide can stand together in love and unity for America’s First Freedom of religious liberty.

Special Event: Stand For Houston Pastors

The right of churches to freely speak the truth is under threat in Houston.  Five pastors and churches in the Texas city have had their internal church communications subpoenaed by Mayor Annise Parker. This action by the mayor was done in response to a lawsuit against the city for basically ignoring a petition by the people of Houston to vote on a “bathroom bill” that was forced upon Houston residents and businesses earlier this year.  None of the pastors or affected churches are even a party to the lawsuit.

Senate staff said they were “surprised” by the number of cards and letters received from Americans protesting against arming “moderate” Islamists in Syria / The $500 million Congress authorized for Obama’s Sunni fighters in Syria was NOT our tax money / Saudi Arabia now paying the United States to train its mercenary army in Syria / There was a hard fought attempt to stop the funding of the so called Free Syrian Army in both the House and the Senate

Under Obama, ‘Religious Freedom’ Is Redefined As ‘Freedom Of Worship’

The Obama Administration is relentlessly attacking the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious freedom by redefining it in narrow terms as “freedom of worship.” In other words, the Obama regime is willing to grant Christians the right to worship in their churches, but not express religious convictions or beliefs in the workplace or any other place outside of the confines of the church.

The major threat to the United States and Russia is radical Islam, not each other

William J. Murray, the chairman of the Religious Freedom Coalition attended several conferences and meetings in Moscow, Russia during the second week of September, 2014. During that time he delivered the comments below or ones similar concerning the existential threat to both Russia and the United States. While asking for aid from the Orthodox Church and the Russian government for Iraqi and Syrian Christians he made in clear that the Islamic threat to both Russia and the United States was far greater than the threat the two nations present to each other

Remembering the 9-11 Jihad Attack Against America

I was on I-395 approaching the 14th Street bridge at the moment Islamic terrorists flew hijacked American Airlines 77 into the Pentagon. At the time I was literally on the phone with an assistant to President Bush talking about the jihad attack in New York City. I had been headed to a press conference in support of the Sudan Peace Act that the White House opposed. The Sudan Peace Act would have punished the Islamic Sudanese government economically for murdering for the continued persecution and mass murder of Christians in the South Sudan.

Saudi royal family will not allow Obama to save Christians in Iraq

Leading spokesman for religious freedom says President Obama will make no serious effort to defeat ISIL terrorists because they are Sunni. Chairman of the Religious Freedom Coalition released a statement in which he quoted both the Wall Street Journal and Washington Times as admitting the royal family of Sunni Saudi Arabia would not permit the United States to defeat Sunni militants
