STOPPING SHARIA – The Constitution or Sharia Conference in Nashville, Tennessee on November 11, 2011 was a great success, with far more participants than would have been possible at the original venue at the Hutton Hotel. Just two weeks prior to the conference, the Hutton Hotel refused to honor the contract it had signed with the Sharia Awareness Action Network. The Hutton Hotel had apparently determined that it would benefit financially from becoming Sharia compliant. Sharia law forbids any critical voice against Islam. Read more

SHARIA IN THE WEST – The Constitution or Sharia Conference was truly an international event. Barrister Paul Diamond from the United Kingdom spoke on the Islamization of London and his struggle in the courts to represent Christians whose rights have been taken from them. He presented the case of British Airlines which permits employees to wear Muslim, Hindu, Sikh and other religious clothing, but prohibits them from wearing any cross or other item identifying them as Christians. The courts actually upheld British Airlines’ right to discriminate against Christians. Diamond has founded Christian Concern in the United Kingdom to assist Christians who are persecuted as the United Kingdom becomes more Muslim oriented. Reverend Mark Durie, an Australian Anglican priest and scholar, discussed the Australian fight against Sharia. Read more

BACHMANN PREDICTS NUCLEAR WAR – Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann says developments in the Middle East are setting the stage for nuclear war against Israel. In a Republican debate Saturday, Bachmann warned that Iran’s attempt to develop a nuclear weapon is part of a regional push against Israel. She said Iran is working with countries like Syria and groups like Hamas to push its agenda. Read more

MUSLIM NORTH SUDAN BOMBS SOUTH – Reports of the Muslim government controlled by dictator Omar al-Bashir bombing the Christian south have been confirmed by eye witnesses. The unprovoked attacks appear to be a prelude to a full scale war against the south. Read more
MORE CHRISTIANS DIE IN NIGERIA – They stormed this town in Yobe state, northern Nigeria like a swarm of bees, and at the end of their four-hour rampage, some 150 people had been killed – at least 130 of them Christians, according to church sources. Hundreds of people are still missing, and the destruction included the bombing of at least 10 church buildings. Read more
CHURCH OF NICEAN CREED NOW A MOSQUE – CatholicCulture.org reports that the historic church where the Council of Nicea was held, which has been a museum for nearly a century, has been converted to a mosque. In 1920 the new secular government of Turkey made the building a museum. Now the government’s Directorate for Religious Affairs has returned the building to use as a mosque, overriding objections from Christians who pointed to its important religious and historic heritage.
