This statement was written by William Murray in May of 1999. The dismembered bodies of Madalyn Murray O’Hair, Jon Murray and Robin Murray were found in January of 2000 in Camp Wood, Texas. One of the killers, David Waters, led the authorities to the site in return for a guarantee he would serve his time in a Federal rather than in a Texas state prison. He died of prison of liver decease in 2003. A second killer was sentenced to live in prison.

Religious Freedom Coalition chairman William J. Murray responds to Imam Anjem Chourdary, whose group has been banned in the U.K., announced a pro-sharia law rally in front of the White House for March 3, 2011. Chourdary said that by force the Islamic flag would fly over the White House and that sharia, or Islamic law, would replace the Constitution.
The assassination of Shahbaz Bhatti in Pakistan should be a nuclear warning to the West. This second high level assassination by Islamists in just 60 days raises the concern that Pakistan cannot track as many as 150 nuclear weapons it may have in its arsenal. Pakistan must be denuclearized.
